Catching drills are the single most important asset to improving your game ten fold. Brent Maine is going to teach you techniques such as the 'dropping knee technique.' You will be taught the importance of core strength to ensure that your balance while catching is not only stable, but strong to keep pace with of balls that comes powering toward you. The way you handle the mechanics of the glove is imperative to ensure excellence and consistency with catching the ball every time.
