Brent, I agree. I think it&#039;s all about attitude. I once had a lengthy conversation with a great major league hitter and we talked about drills, tendencies of pitchers, making adjustments at the plate etc., then he looked at me and said&quot; The difference between a good hitter and a great hitter is they both have prepared and done their work, but the great hitter say&#039;s to himself as he looks out at the pitcher if you come over the plate I&#039;m gonna bust your ass; and he believes it!&quot; Luke Appling was one of the best hitting shortstops to ever play the game, and I believed what he said considering he was in the Baseball Hall of Fame.</description>
