I’m going to have to go against the grain and disagree with you fellas. If given the oportunity to take a job promotion worth 10 million dollars I can honestly say that I would walk on my team. I know I sound like a complete jerk, but I would rather be a jerk than a liar.

I hope he has a good investment guy because after he wins some games with Charlie Weiss’es players like Charlie did with Wilinghams players and Notre Dames kicks him to the curb with the severence (not as big as Charlies) he’ll be coaching at Northeast Southernwest Montana State Cosolidated Junior College Prep University/ Butte Campus. I hope the guy at Cincinnatti beats the hide off the Gators in the Sugar Bowl and goes on a 10 year winning streak, or maybe they’ll invite Kelly back to coach the bowl game, win and dump a Gatorade cooler full of hot chocolate on him. Just another reason to pull for whoever plays Notre Dames. Why don’t they bring Rudy and Charles Dutton back and let them coach.

I get it loud and clear. I’m definitely not making a distinction between college and pro football. We all know its money driven. I’m saying no amount of money should make a person (especially a so called “leader”) abandon his troops. Pro, college, Pop Warner, Little League, doesn’t matter.

I couldn’t agree with you anymore Brent. As a proud USC Football fan I have come to an understanding and that is College Footbal is not College Football, it is Professional Football, period. Brian Kelly’s decission to leave his current players high and dry is a bussiness decission and major college coaches pull this stuff all the time. They are not College coaches they are Professionals. With that when people ask me who my favorite professional footabll team is? I proudly respond USC, Fight On!
