Great stuff as always Brent!
I saw where the Cardinals got worse today. They brought in McGwire as hitting coach(so they could re-sign Holliday) and fired Hal McRae. Bring in a fraud over a guy who played it straight I think the brilliant lawyer has fallen asleep on the steering wheel again with the car running, my bad passed out drunk at the wheel. For a great organization and baseball town that has had an immaculate reputation someone in the office got scared when LaRussa threatened to leave. I would have said good ridance and get the focus back on the players and the town and off of the self absorbed genius lawyer that can’t hold his drink.

I have to agree about Lackey. Sad thing is he’ll most likley be in pin stripes or Bean town next year.
