As we run around completing the Christmas gifting, I thought this passage from the Bhagavad Gita was a good one to keep in mind….

“A gift is pure when it is given from the heart to the right person at the right time and at the right place, and when we expect nothing in return.”

And, just in case you were wondering what I was asking Santa Claus for….

You gotta shoot big right? If nothing else, it’s an amazing photograph.

Ol’ St. Nick could rebuild his sleigh with that rig. Wow.

I’d have to have my twelve year old with me to figure out how to use all that hands on technology. Hey Brent on a back note about Noah your son. I was talking to my wife about the heel and feet problems (she’s been grinding our flour and making our own bread and drinking raw milk the whole gig) she reminded me that achilles and heel soreness is linked to cholesterol; don’t know if you’ve been down that path or not with Noah. She suggest Omega 3-Cormega brand; and know that he has been in my prayers. Felice Navidad to all!

Thanks Royce for the tip on the heel/cholesterol connection. I’ll explore that. He has been wearing the Five Fingered-barefoot type shoe thing to school much of the time the last couple months and we’ve seen some dramatic improvement to his strut.
