OCC State Champs

A big congratulations to the Orange Coast College Pirates, who won their first State Title since my dad’s team did it in 1980. They overcame tragedy and tribulation over the course of this season and richly deserve to be the champions. Good on ya mates.

   Mayne dog…your dad’s team did it in 1984……and since when did the Pirates start wearing grey and blue! Too much like Fullerton State to me. Take Care

   Kerch….check the records….1980 was the year. Don Hill, Don Smith, Mike Empting, etc. The didn’t have color photographs back then!!
